AI1Team BizOS Partner Program, Privacy Policy
Last updated, [7/20/2026]
1. Who this applies to
This policy explains how AI1Team collects, uses, and protects personal data belonging to partners in the AI1Team BizOS Certified Business Partner program, available at partner.ai1team.com. It covers the partner portal specifically. AI1Team BizOS, the main product, has its own separate privacy policy covering customer data.
2. What we collect
When you apply to become a partner and use the partner portal, we collect the following.
Your name and email address, used to create your login and identify you.
Your password, stored in encrypted form. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Your bank name, account number, and account holder name, provided by you in your partner settings, used only to send your commission payouts.
Your commission tier, referral code, referral history, and commission history, generated and recorded by the platform as you refer customers and earn commission.
Basic technical information such as login timestamps, used for security and account activity purposes.
If the same email address is also used for an AI1Team BizOS customer account, both accounts share the same underlying login, though the customer account’s business data, contacts, invoices, and financial records, is kept separate and is not accessible through the partner portal.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect or store your card or bank login details for payouts, only the account name and number you provide for us to send a transfer to. We do not access your bank account directly.
4. Why we collect it
To create and manage your partner account.
To calculate and pay commission you have earned.
To send you emails about your account, including a welcome email, referral confirmations, commission earned notifications, and payout confirmations.
To detect and prevent fraudulent referral activity.
5. Who we share it with
We use the following third party services to operate the partner program. Each processes some of your data as described.
Supabase, our database and authentication provider, stores your account and referral data securely.
Brevo, our email provider, is used to send account related and transactional emails, and may also hold your email address for internal marketing lists if you have separately agreed to receive updates.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share your bank details with any third party other than as needed to actually process a payout.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your partner account and commission history for as long as your partner account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for financial recordkeeping and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we will do so, though we may need to retain financial records related to commission already paid, as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, subject to the recordkeeping exception above, and withdraw consent for any optional communications at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at [insert contact email].
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and access controls limiting who can view partner and commission data internally. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify affected partners and the relevant regulatory authority as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the partner portal after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, can be sent to [insert contact email].
